Two refining columns were transported from New Jersey to Silsbee, TX. The columns each measured 143′ long x 12′ in diameter and weighed 210,000 lbs each, providing for a loading gross weight of 340,000 lbs. The columns were dismantled from a standing position and then loaded to equipment using a 500 ton crane.
